SCA Archery and Thrown Weapons are activities where participants practice the skills of medieval ranged combat using traditional bows, arrows, axes, knives, and spears. Archers compete in target shooting, honing accuracy and precision with recurve or longbows inspired by historical designs. Thrown weapons participants aim for accuracy and form, throwing axes, knives, or spears at stationary targets.

These activities in the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) emphasize safety, technique, and historical authenticity, allowing participants to develop their marksmanship while exploring medieval weaponry in a fun and engaging environment.
